Restaurants sourcing ingredients, sauces, and trusted brands usually rely on scattered suppliers, and need one dependable place to browse, compare, order, and receive supply.
Approach
Shaped the platform around the wholesale buyer: browse the catalogue first, set a delivery location when ready to order, and pay on delivery, with separate experiences for customers, sellers, and drivers.
Execution
Built the marketplace website with its product catalogue, delivery-location picker, weekly discounts, and cash-on-delivery ordering, alongside the customer, seller, and driver apps.
Impact
Restaurants can browse premium products and sauces, choose a delivery location, and order from one wholesale platform, while sellers and drivers work from their own apps.
